District Meetings

District meetings provide invaluable time for fellowship with members from the local chapters that make up your district you may not have met before, connect on a deeper level with Alpha Delta Kappa beyond your chapter; enhance professional and personal development through workshop participation; broaden fraternity education; report to the membership; conduct district and/or state, provincial or national business; elect and install officers; and provide for a meeting for the District's Chapter Presidents and the District Executive Board. Each District is encouraged to plan and implement a Fall and Spring District Meeting that will enlighten, delight, educate, instill interest and enhance pride in Alpha Delta Kappa for our sisters.
Some chapters in close proximity to each other also host Tri-chapter meetings where sisters who live and work in the surrounding chapters' communities meet to socialize and network.

Conferences

Regional Conferences provide opportunities to attend leadership and fraternity education workshops provided by outstanding leaders in the Region and International Chapter, have invaluable time for fellowship with members from your state and those that make up your region that you may not have met before, connect on a deeper level with Alpha Delta Kappa beyond your chapter; enhance professional and personal development; report to the membership; conduct state, provincial or national business; elect and install officers; and provide for a meeting for the state, province or nation. Each Region is encouraged to plan and implement regional convention(s) that will enlighten, delight, educate, instill interest and enhance pride in Alpha Delta Kappa for our sisters.

Gulf Region

Gulf Regional Conference will be held June 28-July 1, 2018 at The Renaissance Montgomery in Montgomery, AL. This is a relocation due to the Hurricane effects on Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico is now scheduled for 2020. 
Previously was held June 29–July 1, 2016 at Jackson Marriott in Jackson, MS

Conventions

State/Provincial/National (S/P/N) conventions provide opportunities to: have invaluable time for fellowship with members from your state, province or nation you may not have met before, connect on a deeper level with Alpha Delta Kappa beyond your chapter; enhance professional and personal development through workshop participation; broaden fraternity education; report to the membership; conduct state, provincial or national business; elect and install officers; and provide for a meeting for the Council of Chapter Presidents of the state, province or nation. Each state/province/nation is encouraged to plan and implement S/P/N convention(s) that will enlighten, delight, educate, instill interest and enhance pride in Alpha Delta Kappa for our sisters.

Georgia State

The 2018 Georgia State Convention was hosted by Atlanta Districts and held at the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly, Atlanta, Georgia on April 27-29, 2018.

The 2016 Georgia State Convention was hosted by Athens and Dalton Districts and held at the Classic Center in Athens, GA on April 22-24, 2016.

Gulf  Regional Conference

The 2018 Georgia State Convention will be hosted by Alabama and held in Montgomery, AL. June 29- July 1, 2018.

The 2016 Gulf Regional Conference was hosted by Louisiana and held in New Orleans.

Thirty International Convention
